Send to keeps clearing

I am having an issue that some 1 else has had in the past but there was no comment if it worked or not

I have installed the extension filled out the send to email saved it then reopened to see it the send to email was there but no it is blank

so I deleted the extension and then reinstalled but the same keeps happening

I am using the latest version of DNN 07.03.04

Hi darran1976,

Did you tested your smtp settings from: Host->Host Settings->Advanced Settings->SMTP Server Settings->Test SMTP Settings ?

yes I have my smtp settings setup and receive email from the test smtp

after I add the send to email I checked the event manager and got this (took out some info like server name host name etc)
